A new standard for
holding space.

Resources and support for leading with more clarity, authenticity and compassion.

Welcome to Mindful Guides

Thank you for being part of a movement that’s redefining what it means to hold space for healing.

Here at Mindful Guides, we believe facilitation is not just a role. It’s an art form, an act of service, and a path to collective transformation.

Mindful Guides exists to support facilitators, therapists, and space-holders who are committed to raising the standard of care, connection, and presence in their work.

We believe that mindfulness, heart-centered leadership, and spiritual practice are essential tools, not add-ons, for creating spaces where true healing can occur.

Through resources, inspiration, and community, we aim to help you lead with more clarity, authenticity, and compassion.

The founder’s note

Hi, I’m
Sarah Gordy.

I’m an addiction counselor, group facilitator, and lifelong student of mindfulness, spirituality, and healing practices.

After years of working in therapeutic and clinical settings, I saw a deep need: to infuse facilitation with more heart, mindfulness, and conscious presence.

Mindful Guides was born from that vision: a home for resources that inspire growth, self-awareness, and truly transformative facilitation.

I’m so grateful you’re here. Let’s build a new standard, together.

Sample questions: If your drug of choice had a voice, what would it say to you? If you could remove one trigger, which one would it be and why? Describe a situation where you successfully avoided using. What did you do?
